You are eligible to initiate a return or exchange of full-priced merchandise purchased at www.karrla.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose to return the item for a refund.

International

For international orders please note that we just accept returns but not exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrect. If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of arrival of your order. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if item/s are purchased in seasonal sales.

Domestic

For domestic orders, we will accept only returns but not exchanges, if the request is made within 14 days of arrival of the package and meets our return policy.

All returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.

Pre Orders are treated like a standard order and you are eligible to initiate a return or exchange for Pre Order styles purchased at www.karrla.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can see the prices depending on your country’s currency, but at the checkout your credit card will be charged in Euro.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Amex credit cards.

We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard to all destinations besides Russia. Packages will be sent from our warehouse in Istanbul. See Shipping  page for more information.
