RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. Please be careful of deodorant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged. The special products you have purchased from our site will be shipped with a suit case and hanger. In your request for exchange or return, please deliver the products with the suit case and hanger to the cargo. Otherwise, your request will be rejected and no refund or exchange will be made.
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise purchased on Karrla within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return, please choose carefully. Karrla does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty. This excludes our Welcome Sign-Up offer. If this is used towards a full-priced item, you are eligible for a return.
Karrla reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the exchange/return will be at the customer’s expense.
Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
