How do we use your information?
- To verify your identity.
- To process any orders that you make on our website. If we don’t collect your personal data at checkout, we will be unable to process your order and comply with our legal obligations. For example, your details may need to be passed to a third party to supply or deliver the product you ordered and we may keep your details for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds, guarantees and so on.

We may also keep a record of these to inform any future communication with us and to demonstrate how we communicated with you throughout. We do this on the basis of our contractual obligations to you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service possible and understanding how we can improve our service based on your experience.

We’ll also monitor your browsing activity with our website to help us to quickly identify and resolve any problems and protect the integrity of our website. - To administer any promotions which you enter based on your explicit consent at the time of entering.

What are your rights over your personal data?
- The right to be informed about how your personal information is being used by the website.

(i) find out whether or not Personal Data has been processed, (ii) request information if Personal Data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing Personal Data and whether the data is used for its purpose, (iv) learn from third parties to whom the Personal Data has been transferred, (v) Have the right to request modification of Personal Data if it is incomplete or incorrect, and request that it be notified to third parties to whom the Personal Data has been transferred; and (vi) to claim damages due to the processing of Personal Data in violation of the Law; and complaints will be responded and resolved by the Karrla as soon as possible.
Taking into account the Karrla Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy aapplications shall be replied as soon as possible and without any additional cost to the Data Holder, provided that the request is applied within 30 days.

Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Security
Our site uses software to provide high level encryption technology. We will never contact you by email to ask you to send or confirm any personal details without first verifying your identity and your willingness to do so. We may contact you to confirm order cancellations or to secure an order. Never send any sensitive information such as passwords or credit card information by email. Where you have created an account and password you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
